Soothing Remedy for Colds and Flu





  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tbs honey
Optional additions:
turmeric, green tea, 1 tbs Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, cinnamon stick, ¼ tsp ground clove

Directions:
 
Boil water and add lemon, ginger and any additions you would like.  Cover and let steep for at least 20 minutes.  Add honey and enjoy.  Great for sore throats and to boost your immune system.
